Brammer Bio (acquired by Thermo Fisher Scientific in May 20: NYSE: TMO):
This 6-month assignment involved coaching the VP of Finance of Brammer Bio to take on the CFO role, which he did successfully at the close of the assignment. After the promotion, the CFO was part of the leadership team responsible for the sale of Brammer to the Thermo Fisher Scientific for $1.7B.
Saint Gobain (SGO – Euronext Paris):
In this 6-month assignment, Rita was responsible for coaching the VP of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics to help meet all 2016 manufacturing targets worldwide (with main plants were located in North America, Europe, China, and Brazil).
Bill Damaschke (Academy Award and Tony Award–winning producer):
Over a 3-month time period this engagement involved coaching and co-writing Bill Damaschke's Illinois Wesleyan 2016 Commencement Address, “Unlocking Your Story.”

During a 3-year period, Rita served as both a group leadership and individual coach for three of the four classes of PepsiCo’s Global Finance Emerging Leadership Development Program in partnership with the Chicago Booth School of Business and PepsiCo University. Utilized the Hogan assessment throughout the program.

Rita has advised the Chief Operating Officer and the EVP of North America & Director of Allocations to evolve the Allocations Department. In recent years, Rita conducted an organizational diagnosis and served as the executive coach to the Director of the Allocations to evaluate, design, and implement an organizational restructure that provided greater resources, support and efficiencies to the work of the department. Rita also developed an Allocations Manager coaching program that was aligned to the goals of the new organization and delivered 1:1 coaching sessions to impacted managers weekly for 8 months.
